Functional Medicine Lab & Bloodwork

Seacoast NHIC offers conventional and functional medicine laboratory tests and blood work.  There are limits to what conventional medicine tests reveal, where functional medicine digs deeper.

Functional Medicine involves testing for the root causes

Functional lab tests help determine how the body or organ is really working, or functioning, as opposed to other medical tests which measure pathological breakdown and disease.

Highlighted Lab tests we offer:

  • Comprehensive functional blood panel including full thyroid panel

    • These blood tests measure all aspects of your bodily functions: kidney, thyroid, liver, blood sugar, electrolytes and more. Comprehensive functional blood tests can be customized to look for specific markers that are related to your health concerns.

  • Neural Zoomer Plus

    • An expanded test to detect 48 of the most common autoantibodies associated with neurological autoimmunity and cognitive decline

  • Saliva testing

    • This type of test can measure an individual’s hormone levels, including cortisol (the stress hormone), estrogen, progesterone, and androgen
